Art Guest House Accommodation is a bed and breakfast establishment situated in Lutzville. Situated near Vredendal, it is a 20-minute drive from Strandfontein and Doringbaai along the West Coast.
Accommodation is offered in three beautifully decorated en-suite double rooms. Each en-suite room has been uniquely decorated not to look like any of the others with some of the furnishings being handmade.
The guest house also features a gift shop and a coffee shop under the lapa. Guests will enjoy the surprises around every corner of this warm and friendly bed and breakfast establishment.
The guest house and coffee shop is owner-managed by artist Hilda Vermeulen .

General
The fully serviced double rooms have their own private entrances. Each room is equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge as well as a television with all local and selected DStv channels. Internet and fax facilities are also available. Guests have access to all lounge areas in the guest house.
Activities
Restaurant available on the premises, as well as braai facilities and indoor fireplace. Breakfasts are served inside or in the lapa. The guest house is also the perfect venue for champagne breakfasts, ladies lunches, corporate lunches, product launches, a traditional barbecue under the lapa, or any occasion you can think off.

All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Upon booking confirmation a 50% deposit is required, and the balance to be paid in full one week before occupancy.
On arrival or during the stay – the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
0 – 14 days before arrival, no show – the full deposit paid may be retained.
15 – 28 days before arrival – 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit , or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
28 days or more before arrival – 50% (fifty percent) of deposit , or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
For all Longstay Bookings, where a cancellation occurs within 24 (twenty four) hours of arrival, you may retain the full amount quoted for the first four weeks, 25% (twenty five percent) of the amount quoted for the following four weeks and the balance of the amount quoted for the remainder of the booking must be refunded.
