FAQ

How do I list?

• You simply create a user profile and we will create your listing on your behalf and send you a link for your approval.
• Unless provided, info and images are sourced from the internet.

How do bookings work?

• Client searches his dates and town.
• Client makes a booking and agrees to pay via EFT.
• Very important: We hold the reservation for 24 hours without payment. After 24 hours the reservation expires, but not without warning the customer first. We usually try to give them a call.
• We invoice for full amount but require a min of 50% to secure the booking.
• Once secure, we claim 15% comm. and pay the rest of the deposit over to the establishment.
• We send out a booking confirmation sheet to be presented upon arrival. You are ccd in this mail. It will also include your provided info, your contact details, GPS coordinates and any other info you wish to provide. (We call this the Handshake:).
• Sometimes client pays outstanding amount into our account, where we simply pay it over to you.
• Once checked out, the client receives a mail with the opportunity to review their stay.

What can I change myself?

• Any text, images, features, categories, services, room info, etc can be found in your dashboard once you have logged in.

What do you change for me?

Complex tariff: Being one of the most flexible tariff software available, it is also the most complicated. Here we are happy to configure the rates for you. When setting up your profile we refer to rates as advertised on popular booking sites.

Should you wish to upgrade your rates as advertised, please send it along via mail and we will gladly set it for you.

- Min night: the minimum number of nights. This can be set for specific date/s or specific days of the week. Seasonal, weekend or long weekends length of stay can be set.

- Max night: the maximum number of nights. This can be set for specific date/s or specific days of the week.

- Valid from: the beginning date that this tariff is valid to be used. Default is the day of setup.

- Valid to: the ending date that this tariff is valid to be used, e.g. 31 Jan 2020

- Limit check in to: choose which days of the week that guest can check in. Default is every day of the week.

- Rate per room per stay: fixed price for the whole room.

- or Rate per person per stay: Prices can be set for adult 1, adult 2, adult 3 etc (single supplement option available – fixed additional amount). Children under 12 can be charged according to specific age groups of your choice, e.g 0-2, 3-6, 7-12.

- Specific rates for specific date/s: Seasonal, weekend or long weekends rates can be set.

- Coupons: Coupons can be created giving a % discount or a fixed amount. They can also configured for specific booking dates.
