The guest house offers rooms that can accommodate between 2 to 3 people, and can be booked together for a group or family. A self-catering option is also available on request.
Our rooms are serviced on demand, at no extra cost. We have DSTV and Netflix in the lounge area, Wi-Fi all throughout the house, a splash pool (4×4m), braai facilities and parking is off-street behind a fence and well-lit.
We welcome families or friends with as many as 7 or 8 guests and will adapt fees when more than one room is booked by the same party.
We may, at our discretion during peak holidays, offer a self-catering option for large groups staying several nights but this will generate a breakage deposit and will not be standard practice.

In addition to modern finishes in an historic old fisherman’s house, we are ideally situated only 200m from the well-known Bokkomlaan with its stunning views of the Berg River and quaint eateries and arty art shops.
We offer four rooms, two of which are luxurious suites. Depending on whether our guests are from the same party, we have one or two bathrooms available. These bathrooms are adjacent to the rooms.
Special arrangements can be made for small children who would need to share a room with parents.

All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A 50% deposit is payable within 48 hours of making the booking.
The 50% balance is payable 14 days before arrival.
Only the stated number of guests allowed.
For stays longer than 7 nights, fresh linen and towels will be provided.
Should you require housekeeping at the same time or on additional days, this can be arranged at your own cost.
Minimum 2 nights during the week and over weekends during mid season.
Minimum 3 to 4 nights over long weekends.
Minimum 3 nights over Easter weekend.
Minimum 4 nights during high season.
Cancellations between 21 and 28 days prior to arrival, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations between 14 and 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered or paid.
