Taxes and Extras
- A R1000.00 refundable breakage deposit is required. The breakage deposit has to be paid along with the balance prior to arrival.
- Please note that there is a cleaning fee payable by the guest cash on arrival of R650, this is for the house to be cleaned after the guests book out, and for the linen to be washed and ironed.
- If the guests need a cleaning lady during their stay, it will be extra at R300 per day and the guests should contact me to arrange this for them.
- Guests are required to bring their own bath- and beach towels.
- Guests are required to complete the short-term lease agreement that will be sent directly to them after a booking has been confirmed. This agreement has to be sent back to the agent prior to arrival.
- Guests are required to provide the agency with a copy of the guest's ID as well as banking details for the refund of the breakage deposit.
- The breakage deposit is refundable within 5 days after the departure date, partly or in full, depending on breakages or damages that might have occurred during your stay.
